I have to put them in the greenhouse. However, my mom has hers in the ground. But it's near a house. I have seen others too. If you can give them some type of overhang or protection from frost that might make it. I have (or had) three. The red one died because it got overwatered in the container. I do have roses that have it's color but I was noticing today not enough. I do love the color.
It's a luscious color, isn't it? Do you have a rose that is a near match?
