Love, Thy Name Is a Zero Turn Mower

My husband came home last week, with this surprise.  It is amazing...how did I ever live without this..
The peacock

I think this is a holleyhock

Finally feeding the roses.

These red looking caterpillars? are eating the azaleas.

This mower is so fast, that I completed in four hours what would took me a week...

I think your hollyhock might be Impatiens balsamina (garden balsam, garden jewelweed, rose balsam, touch-me-not). We always called them touch-me-nots. They were my neighbor Francine's fav.

Magnificent mower. Does the 54 mean it makes a 54" cut? That's what my garden is set up for, 54" cuts through all the paths.

Our neighbor has a new mower, a Bad Boy. My nephew swears by his Scag.

I'm hoping for rain.

Sorry for the delay...Mom has visited for the past week and so I haven't had the opportunity really. It has a 54 inch deck so I image the blades are a few inches smaller.

Did you dye the coco liner green? I’d love to know how it worked … I’m looking to try it and a google search led me to your old blog post :)
