May Bloom Day

It's garden blogger's bloom day once again.  If you are not familiar with GBBD it's where gardeners from around the world show what is blooming in the garden in the middle of a given month.  They, then, post it on May Dreams Gardens.
We had a lot of flooding in the area recently.  Nothing in my garden really got hurt.  The pool had turned brown.  Believe it or not, I am happy to see it green.  The above is the back rose garden.  I have roughly 130 roses.  This view is showing approximately 100.
On the back porch this is where I house the majority of my container plants.  The above is a winged begonia.

I have beds against the house that I have been working on.  The pictures below show these.

The 15 acres we live on smells heavenly.  The magnolias, elderberry, honeysuckles and gardenias give it constant fragrance.

I did not take pictures of the front field because it started raining when I trekked up the quarter mile driveway.  But I did manage to take pictures of some things.

Paradise rose

Below are the "arches" and lily beds.

They are freshly planted but one managed to bloom so far.

Thanks for sharing your flowers on bloom day. I only have about 90 roses, and I thought I had a lot. Have Bloom Day. Glad your garden wasn't hurt by the floods.~~Dee

They look perfect for this time of year. I could not imaging taking care of all of those roses, (but it sounds like you have a reward for doing so with help from magnolias and gardenias.)

Thanks, Dee and Ray. Yesterday as I was pruning it took 15 mins for one bush. With roughly 130, I guess some will just get deadheaded at different times. It is nice to see flowers again. I wish as gardeners we could learn to enjoy them more.
