Visit to Mother In Law's Home & Garden

I posted some pictures in the past, but this time I tried to be a bit more detailed.  My Mother In Law's home and gardens are fantastic.  I am certain I still did not do it justice but I wanted to take better photos.  Most are self explanatory.  It is a truly wonderful garden

What a fun post! It is a lovely garden. I went through and picked out plants I don't grow: Ligularia, Aspidistra, Sprengeri fern, Yellow Shrimp Plant, Geranium, Cyperus; and some old garden favorites: Agapanthus, Elephant's Ear, Natchez Crape Myrtle, Liriope, Confederate Jasmine, Cycad, and the best use of Nandina I've seen.

It's the epitome of formality...it is really well done...I doubt my garden will ever look so perfect but I think a garden is an extension of a person's personality..and I'm perfectly imperfect.

I have nandina..didn't realize that is what this is...and I now see what it will look like grown up.
