Pool Fountain..best $20 I ever spent..Updated

I updated this from the original post...but I closed all the holes on the hose...and now it's shoots about 8 or 9 feet up...much better...the statue stands approx 5 1/2 ft.
Bigger is better

Original Post

I have been sick for a few days thanks to an infection of my tooth, so in a moment of consciousness (from the drugs prescribed)  I have opted to show you the new fountain.   My husband (feeling sympathetic) set up the fountain for me.  Not that he isn't awesome anyway.
Set up is relatively simple, it hooks to the place where we put the vacuum.  You can adjust the height of the fountain by covering up holes on this fixture.

The pump floats and is anchored by a weight at the bottom.  Yes, the pool does need cleaning.

View from the porch.  If you think about it, how often do you use the pool?  The fountain will be enjoyed daily and it isn't anything at all to remove it, of course, the boys want to play with it now....glad it was cheap.....
When you first hook it up, you think...wow, it's loud.  Then you love it.  It reminds me of being at a hotel or park (which is where you normally hear fountains.)  I love it more for the sound than the looks.  When it warms I'll center it better.

View from the living room.

If you would like to purchase one, I have the link from which I bought it.  Click HERE.

I think this is called a winged begonia...okay, back to bed with me...hopefully, I'll live to see my gardens bloom....just kidding but I haven't felt this bad in a long, long time...it's like having the flu....Happy First day of Spring.....

What a neat fountain! What a bargain for such a feature. I had a little solar fountain that I floated in a water feature a few years back. The puppy wouldn't leave it alone and now it doesn't work.

I hope you feel better soon so you can enjoy Happy Spring.
